Helpdesk Support Engineer

We are seeking a full time Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our Service Delivery Team. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional first and second level technical support to our clients in a timely manner. We need someone who has a passion for IT and loves to help people. The role requires someone with a strong customer service focus and exceptional communication skills, specifically, we are looking for someone that can engage people and build relationships over the phone.


The main responsibilities of the exciting role will involve (but not limited to): 

  • Fast and accurate 1st and 2nd level support and service provision to a specified client base

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction leading to retention and referrals


  The right candidate will have: 

  • A passion for IT and helping people

  • Exceptional communication skills including a professional phone manner

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS operating environments and applications, networks and end user devices (laptops, PCs etc)

  • 12 months experience working in a similar role or recent graduate

  • IT related tertiary qualification or recognised industry certification desired
